Job Description
Join HEINEKEN’s Global Graduate Program in Human Resources to develop leadership skills through diverse rotations and international exposure.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Complete three six-month rotations within Human Resources, including foundational, cross-functional, and international assignments.
• Gain understanding of HEINEKEN’s operations, strategy, and culture in Nigeria.
• Lead projects that drive business forward and contribute to strategic execution.
• Develop stakeholder and change management skills to lead effective organizational change.
• Collaborate with leaders to build capability, foster an inclusive culture, and support talent development.
About You
The company is looking for:
• Ambitious individuals passionate about a career in Human Resources.
• Open and adventurous candidates ready to embrace new challenges and diverse experiences.
• Leadership potential with initiative to lead projects and drive change.
• Minimum five (5) O’Level credits including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences related disciplines; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Completion of the mandatory Youth Service programme (NYSC).
• New graduates with a maximum of 1-year post-graduation experience.
• Proficiency in English and the right to work in Nigeria.
• Full global mobility to participate in international assignments.
