Are you an experienced
DCS Panel Operator
with a strong background in LNG, gas processing, or other continuous process industries? We are looking for a safety-driven and technically competent professional to join our LNG Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor the LNG plant through the Distributed Control System (DCS).
• Lead plant start-up and shutdown activities in accordance with operating procedures.
• Monitor process parameters and respond proactively to prevent operational abnormalities and production interruptions.
• Coordinate and provide operational guidance to Field Operators.
• Identify operational, maintenance, and technical issues through the DCS and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Ensure effective shift handovers.
• Maintain the highest standards of process safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance, and emergency response.
• Train and mentor Field Operators and National Trainees.
Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in continuous process plant operations.
• Minimum of
2 years' experience as a DCS Panel Operator
.
• Experience in
LNG, Natural Gas Processing, Gas Processing, Petrochemical, Refinery, Ammonia, or similar process industries
is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
• Distributed Control System (DCS) Operations.
• Plant start-up and shutdown.
• Process monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cryogenic processes, compressors, pumps, turbines, separation, dehydration, fractionation, utility systems, and Fire & Gas systems.
• Process Safety and Emergency Response.
• SAP, MAPCON, or similar ERP systems.
• Basic Instrumentation and Electrical knowledge.
Qualifications
• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
