Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₦200,000 per month + Performance Bonus + 5% Commission on Sales

We are hiring a highly driven and relationship oriented Sales & Account Executive to manage sales and customer accounts for Nigerians in the diaspora.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the diaspora market, can build trust with international clients, manage multiple customer accounts effectively, and consistently drive revenue growth through strategic sales and relationship management.

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client accounts, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while driving repeat and referral business.

What You’ll Do
• Identify, engage, and convert Nigerians in the diaspora into paying clients
• ⁠Manage and grow multiple customer accounts across different regions
• ⁠Build and maintain strong long term relationships with clients
• ⁠Drive sales through calls, referrals, social media outreach, networking, and follow ups
• ⁠Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings
• ⁠Monitor client satisfaction and ensure excellent account management experience
• ⁠Track sales pipelines, customer engagement, and account performance
• ⁠Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• ⁠Represent the brand professionally across all customer interactions

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• ⁠Experience working with Nigerians in the diaspora is highly preferred
• ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• ⁠Strong ability to manage customer relationships and close deals effectively
• ⁠Comfortable working with sales targets and performance expectations
• ⁠Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• ⁠Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• ⁠Strong understanding of digital communication and online engagement tools
