Job Overview

An established organization in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate operational activities, optimize processes, manage resources, and ensure efficient service delivery in line with industry standards and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

• Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate projects, and oversee operational activities.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, cost control, and operational planning.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to identify operational risks, improve processes, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional certifications in project management, operations, or relevant oil and gas disciplines are an advantage.
