Job Title: Brand & Communications Specialist
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work Mode: Full-Time
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 Monthly
Job Summary
Our client, a Nigerian luxury textile and school uniform manufacturer and bulk supplier of uniforms for corporate, medical, and security teams, seeks a Brand & Communications Specialist to manage brand positioning, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across digital, print, and corporate channels.
• Lead content strategy, public relations, social media, and corporate communications.
• Develop marketing campaigns and communication materials for target markets.
• Manage brand reputation and support corporate announcements and stakeholder engagement.
• Track campaign performance, brand visibility, and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate external partners and creative projects from concept to delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing communications, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience managing brand strategy and integrated communication campaigns.
• Strong writing, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating ownership of brand and communication initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
