Receivable Accountant

• BSc. /Hnd in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

• Minimum of 2–4 year experience in account receivable

• Experience in retail, preferably QSR or hospitality

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision, Dynamics, Odoo, QuickBooks etc.)

• Intermediate level in the use of Excel

• Strong analytical skills

• Daily reconciliation of sales/payments/aggregators for completeness and accuracy

• Prepare accurate invoices/quotations to customers

• Timely follow up with owing customers for payments

• Regularly reconcile receivables to update customers ledgers

• Support month-end closing by preparing receivable schedules

• Attend to requests during statutory year-end audit.
