Job Description

PRIMARY ROLE:

The Project Administrator supports the Project Manager and Project Team in planning, managing, coordinating, directing, monitoring and controlling the project.

Responsible for ensuring Contractor’s work is properly inspected, Corrective actions take place, materials meet contract specifications, conflict resolution; the Project Administrator provides administrative support to the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle and is accountable for:

Monitoring on-site project progress

Coordinating other parties and resolving all site technical issues

Ensuring that all project deliverables are met or exceeded

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE:

This position reports to the Project Manager to meet the objectives of the project and to ensure all the benefits defined in the Project Initiation Documents are delivered by the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Coordination and Construction Oversight

2.Quality Assurance and Control

3.Constructability Reviews

4.Reporting and Recording

5.Project Planning

6.Control of Documents and Records

7.Issue and Risk Management

8.Other Duties As Assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum of 5 years of commercial and industrial building experience

2. At least 1 certification relevant to Project Management

3. Minimum of a first degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Building Technology
