Summary
Youth Action Lead Liberia is currently seeking a dedicated Project Officer to facilitate the on-the-ground execution, coordination, and oversight of organizational initiatives. This position is essential for monitoring progress, tracking key deliverables, and fostering direct engagement with local partners. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aggregating field data and guaranteeing that all project activities adhere to established quality standards within the targeted communities.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate the daily implementation of field work plans to ensure all community-based activities are executed according to schedule.
• Coordinate stakeholder gatherings by preparing agendas, leading discussions, and recording comprehensive minutes along with follow-up action items.
• Gather, organize, and refine field data and beneficiary feedback to strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Compose initial status reports, summaries of events, and regular field updates for internal organizational review.
• Provide logistical assistance for site inspections, the distribution of resources, and the management of community-level events.
