Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
• Research law firms, agencies, and potential partners using public sources.
• Verify contact details and email addresses, and record the sources used.
• Update spreadsheets and CRM records as instructed.
• Help create and publish content on Twitter/X and YouTube.
• Test selected website pages, links, and product features by following provided instructions.
• Document issues clearly and include screenshots where necessary.
• Keep records of completed tasks and flag missing or unverified information.
Requirements:
• OND qualification, or currently studying.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with online research and Google Docs or Sheets.
• Able to follow instructions and document findings clearly.
• Willing to learn tools such as Twenty CRM, ChatGPT and Claude.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Available to work part-time remotely, with hours agreed before starting.
