Work Schedule: Work Schedule Shift details : 8:00am - 5:00pm, 9:00am - 6:00pm, 5:00pm - 8:00am (will periodically include Night / Weekend / Public Holiday Duties)
Qualification: BNSC only and NYSC.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide initial medical assessment of Enrollees where needed via telephone.
• Respond to Providers pre-authorization requests on the Core Business Application or Emails.
• Provide first level medical advisory to Enrollees and the Non-medical Contact Centre Staff.
• Manage referrals for specialists consults and medications.
• Address client inquiries and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Escalate critical or emergency cases to the Doctors or the Case Management team.
Requirements:
• Education: BNSC/ BSC and NYSC
• Age: 35 years below
