Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and management reports.
• Monitor and update cash flow records and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and process invoices and support accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with tracking and following up on outstanding customer payments and collections.
• Support the preparation of financial projections and basic financial analysis.
• Maintain and update financial data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies where necessary.
• Assist with other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.
• Ensure financial information is properly organized, accurate, and up to date.
Requirements:
• HND in accounting or a related discipline.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding or practical exposure to financial reporting, cash flow management, invoicing, collections/accounts receivable, and financial projections
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
