We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will attend to customer enquiries, handle complaints, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into paying customers.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with accurate information.
• Convert potential customers into paying customers.
Requirements
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to convince customers and close sales.
• Confidence in making follow-up calls and sending WhatsApp messages to customers.
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Ability to work with sales targets and daily reports.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, banking, telecommunications, or logistics is an advantage.
• Applicant must reside within Idimu - Ikotun in Lagos state
