About The Role
• We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of the ECOS Project, supporting community-led security and strengthening early warning and early response systems across Benue, Nasarawa, Kaduna, Katsina and Zamfara.
• The successful candidate will coordinate field teams and partner organisations, oversee project planning and reporting, and help strengthen the sustainability of community security structures across the five states.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in donor-funded programming.
• At least 2 years of management experience overseeing a workplan, budget and team.
• Experience in peacebuilding, early warning and early response, community security, or conflict prevention in Nigeria.
• Strong report-writing and partner management skills.
• Working knowledge of Hausa.
