Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 net monthly + commission
Job Summary
HR Leverage Africa Consulting Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor to manage recruitment activities and provide general HR support to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and placement.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and successful placements.
- Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, HR policies, and general HR matters.
- Prepare recruitment reports, maintain accurate records, and support other HR assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and candidate-sourcing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet targets, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR certification is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 net monthly salary.
