Dasamonie is a digital financial platform that provides secure and convenient financial and payment services to individuals and businesses. Our services include money transfers, currency exchange, airtime and bill payments, Soft POS, BVN/NIN printing, CAC company registration, payment cards, and other financial services.

We are looking for motivated, proactive, and target-driven Marketers to join our growing team and help promote Dasamonie services while expanding our customer base across Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

As a Dasamonie Marketer, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting Dasamonie products and financial services to potential customers.

• Identifying and generating new customer leads.

• Onboarding new customers and assisting them with account registration.

• Educating customers on Dasamonie's products and services.

• Encouraging customers to actively use the Dasamonie platform.

• Marketing through social media, personal networks, referrals, field marketing, and other approved channels.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Following up with prospective customers and converting leads into active users.

• Meeting assigned customer acquisition and performance targets.

• Providing basic customer support and directing technical or account-related issues to the appropriate team.

• Keeping track of customer acquisition activities and results.

• Representing the Dasamonie brand professionally at all times.

Earning & Commission Structure

Dasamonie Marketers can earn commissions based on eligible customer transactions and services, including:

• ₦3 on every eligible transfer transaction.

• 30% commission on currency exchange earnings.

• ₦100 on every eligible BVN/NIN printing.

• ₦500 for every Soft POS activation.

• 25% commission on eligible Soft POS transaction earnings.

• ₦2,000 for every eligible CAC company registration.

• Additional commissions may be available on other Dasamonie services.

The more customers you successfully onboard and the more they use eligible Dasamonie services, the more you can earn.

Monthly Performance Incentives

Marketers may also qualify for monthly performance-based payments based on new customer account targets:

• 50 new accounts/month — ₦25,000

• 100 new accounts/month — ₦50,000

• 200 new accounts/month — ₦100,000

Performance payments are subject to Dasamonie's applicable terms, verification, and eligibility requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be confident when speaking with potential customers.

• Have an interest in sales, marketing, fintech, or digital financial services.

• Be proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Be comfortable using social media and digital platforms for marketing.

• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Have access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
