We provide HR consultation services, recruitment, payroll administration, procurement management and capital investment services to organizations across various industries.
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager/Executive Assistant on behalf of our client in the Hospitality Sector.
The Project Manager/Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Project Manager/Executive Assistant will be responsible for driving the execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization, ensuring that projects are aggressively launched, structured for success, and transitioned for long-term management before moving on to new initiatives.
He/She will be responsible for setting up new ventures, streamlining operations, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably across e-commerce, operations, and business development initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Take ownership of new projects, develop strategies, and drive rapid implementation.
● Take ownership of new products from concept to launch, coordinating product development, implementation, testing, and rollout.
● Establish workflows, operational structures, and efficiency measures to ensure smooth execution.
● Work with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to facilitate seamless project rollouts.
● Define success metrics, monitor project progress, and provide data-driven reports to the CEO on milestones, challenges, and impact.
● Identify potential roadblocks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
● Ensure completed projects are seamlessly transitioned to the appropriate teams for sustained growth before moving on to the next initiative.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business development, project management, or a related field.
● Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling projects in hospitality, lifestyle, or service industries.
●Experience in leading a Product / Website development project is an added advantage.
● Experience working directly with C-level executives, vendors, and external partners.
● Strong operational expertise, with a deep understanding of process implementation, team coordination, and business execution.
● Highly resourceful, adaptable, and execution-driven, with the ability to work independently and lead projects to completion.
● Background in hospitality, marketing and business operations and lifestyle industries is a pluS
● Experience managing a product from concept to launch, including coordinating development, implementation, and rollout, is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦700,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
