Tro-Vest Capital Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Treasury and Investment Operations Officer to join our Asset Management team in Lagos.
What you will do:
• Maintain customer accounts and capture all transactions accurately on our software system
• Carry out treasury, fund and bank reconciliations, including reconciliation of holdings with custody records
• Process fund subscriptions and redemptions
• Calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds daily
• Prepare reports and statements, including unit holders' statements
• Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC quarterly returns and ensure compliance with regulatory and KYC requirements
• Manage relationships with custodians, registrars, trustees and other third parties
• Work closely with the Investment and Fund Management team to ensure accurate client documentation and financial reporting
What we are looking for:
• OND/HND/
B.Sc
. in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related business field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail, accountability and integrity
Compensation: ₦400,000 to ₦600,000 per month, plus [other benefits].
