About the Role
Branda is seeking an experienced, highly organised Project Manager & Supervisor to oversee construction projects, branding production, vendor operations, and eCommerce order fulfilment across Branda and DexStitches.
We need a hands-on leader who takes ownership, coordinates teams, controls costs, resolves problems, and ensures every project is delivered to the required quality, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction, production, and fulfilment projects from start to completion.
• Manage site workers, artisans, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track project budgets, materials, purchases, timelines, and deliverables.
• Supervise quality control, site activities, order processing, and customer deliveries.
• Resolve project delays, vendor issues, and operational challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure accountability, safety, and efficient use of company resources.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven project management, construction supervision, or operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, vendors, and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, material procurement, quality control, and project costing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently, supervise field activities, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in eCommerce fulfilment, printing, branding, or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Relevant HND/B.Sc. qualification is preferred; proven execution experience is essential.

Practical Test: Project Execution & Problem-Solving
You have been assigned two projects running simultaneously:
Project A — Interior Construction: Complete a premium office renovation within 21 days, with a budget of ₦8 million, coordinating carpenters, electricians, painters, and suppliers.
Project B — eCommerce Fulfilment: Supervise the production, quality checks, packaging, and delivery of 300 customer orders within 7 days using multiple vendors.
On Day 5, the following problems arise:
• A key construction supplier delays materials by 4 days.
• An electrician requests an additional ₦250,000 for work not included in the agreed scope.
• A production vendor reports that 50 customer orders may miss the delivery deadline.
• The client requests a project update and confirmation that both projects remain on schedule.
Your Assignment:
• Execution Plan: Show how you would organise both projects, assign responsibilities, and track daily progress.
• Problem-Solving: Explain your immediate actions for each challenge and how you would protect timelines and budgets.
• Quality Control: Describe how you would verify the quality of construction work and customer orders before approval or delivery.
• Client Communication: Draft a brief, professional update explaining progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Tools: State the project management tools you would use and how you would track tasks, expenses, and deliveries.
Submission Format: Maximum 2 pages (PDF), plus an optional one-page tracker. Clear, practical answers are preferred over lengthy explanations.
