Aesthetic Nurse (Registered Nurse, BSc Nursing) - Luxury Medspa, Lekki Phase 1
The Baddie Lab is a HEFAMAA-certified luxury medspa in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, with an Atlanta pedigree. We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver injectable, infusion and advanced skin treatments to an American standard of care, under the direction of the Medical Director.
This role is for a nurse who holds a completed BSc in Nursing and has already worked in a medspa or medical aesthetics clinic. Students, nurses still in school, newly qualified nurses and beginners will not be considered.
What you will do
• Consult clients, take medical history, screen for contraindications and document consent before every treatment
• Administer IM, subcutaneous and IV push injections
• Cannulate and run IV vitamin and wellness infusions
• Administer injectable weight-loss treatments and monitor client response
• Perform advanced facial and skin treatments, including microneedling, PRP and chemical peels
• Assist the Medical Director with aesthetic injectable treatments
• Maintain sterile technique, sharps safety, product storage and treatment-room readiness
• Document every treatment in the clinic software on the same day
Requirements
• BSc in Nursing, completed. This is mandatory. Applicants currently in school, awaiting results or holding only a diploma will not be considered
• Registered Nurse (RN) with license complete
• Previous medspa or medical aesthetics experience is required
• Verifiable clinical experience with IV cannulation and injections
• Lives on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah). Mainland applicants will not be considered
• Available Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30am to 6pm, on site
• Confident spoken and written English
• Meticulous with documentation, hygiene and sterile technique
• Warm, polished and calm under pressure
• Coachable. You take feedback and follow protocols
Strong plus
• Experience administering neurotoxin or dermal fillers
• Formal aesthetic injector training
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
