Job Title: Finance Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and support the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Handle bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and other statutory remittances
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making
Requirements and Qualifications
• B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant
• Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate
