Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services while attending to customer enquiries.
• Manage customer communication across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Support the company’s social media and promotional activities, including creating and sharing content.
• Handle any other task assigned.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a School Leaving Certificate
• No experience required.
• Have good computer knowledge and be comfortable using Microsoft Word, internet applications and other basic office software.
• Be an active social media user with a good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other social platforms.
• Knowledge or experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Have good communication and customer service skills.
• Be vibrant, confident and outspoken, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Have a strong interest in sales and marketing and be able to promote the company's products and services.
• Be organised and capable of handling basic secretarial and administrative duties.
• Be responsible, punctual, teachable and willing to learn.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
