Skinste Creative Space LA is looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our online presence, generate inquiries, and attract new clients to our creative event space.
This role is for someone who can manage our day-to-day digital marketing with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
• Create, schedule and post content daily on Instagram and TikTok
• Create Reels, short-form videos, graphics and engaging captions
• Plan content in advance using a social media scheduling platform
• Respond to Instagram/TikTok comments and DMs
• Reach out to potential clients who may need our space
• Connect with event planners, photographers, creators, instructors, vendors, brands and local businesses
• Promote weekday venue availability and special offers
• Write and publish one SEO-focused blog per week
• Create and send email marketing campaigns
• Help grow our email subscriber list
• Repurpose venue photos/videos into new content
• Research local trends and content ideas
• Track inquiries, leads, engagement and bookings generated from marketing
• Maintain a consistent Skinste / Creative Space LA brand presence
Requirements
• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a business
• Strong content creation and social media skills
• Experience creating Reels/TikToks and short-form video
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to potential customers through DMs and email
• Basic understanding of SEO/blog writing
• Experience with email marketing
• Able to work independently and stay consistent with daily posting
• Organized and able to plan content ahead of time
• Comfortable using Canva and social media scheduling tools
• Must understand that the goal is not just followers — the goal is to generate inquiries and venue bookings
• Event, hospitality, venue, lifestyle or local-business marketing experience is a plus
Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
