Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Associate who is hands-on, detail-oriented, creative, and highly organised to support the execution of marketing activities across retail, digital, and physical platforms.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in retail marketing, preferably within the furniture, home, or lifestyle sector. You should be confident coordinating events, managing marketing timelines, supporting visual merchandising activities, and working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the marketing strategy and ensure all marketing calendar deliverables are completed on time.

• Plan and coordinate retail events, including product launches, showroom activations, pop-ups, and collaborations.

• Coordinate site photography, including scheduling, documentation, image selection, and post-production follow-up.

• Organise and maintain marketing assets, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines.

• Manage the visual presentation and regular content updates of the e-commerce platform.

• Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, visually appealing, and up to date.

• Prepare presentations, sales decks, reports, and other communication materials using Microsoft Office.

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors, including photographers, printers, stylists, and other creative partners.

• Monitor competitor activities and support the preparation of market and competitor insight reports.

• Maintain good working relationships with newspaper outlets and advertising platforms.

• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour to support the development of the brand's storytelling and visual communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or retail marketing.

• Experience within a furniture, home, or lifestyle brand is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Strong coordination, organisational, and project management skills.

• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual presentation.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven approach to work.

• Ability to use Canva and other content creation platforms.
