Job Summary
• We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales, marketing, reservations and client relations for a portfolio of premium short-stay apartments in Lagos.
• The role will focus on increasing visibility, generating business, converting enquiries, and driving occupancy and revenue.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or recognised professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales, Hospitality or a related field.
• 3-4 years’ relevant sales, marketing, business development or commercial experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, pricing and performance data.
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented.
• Experience in short-let, hospitality, real estate or travel is an advantage.
