Responsibilities:
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain the general ledger and record daily transactions, including income, sales of eggs or meat, and operational expenses.
• Cost Accounting: Track and analyze production costs per batch-including feed, medication, utilities, and labor-to find ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Oversee weekly or monthly stock counts for feed, vaccines, packaging materials, live birds, and finished products to ensure accurate valuation.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist management in creating annual operating budgets and cash flow forecasts that align with production cycles.
• Payroll and Compliance: Process staff salaries, handle local tax obligations, and ensure the business complies with agricultural and labor laws.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of OND.
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
