Role Description The Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s properties and brand. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting with sales and promotional activities, managing marketing materials, and coordinating events or property showcases.
The Marketing
Associate collaborates with sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, and helps maintain consistent messaging across digital and offline channels. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and real estate trends.
• Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning.
• Project Management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive work approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Lekki.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred;
experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
