Job Description
Sales Personnel (Shogunle & Mafoluku)

Salary: ₦100,000 monthly (+ performance incentives where applicable)

Location Requirement: Must reside in Shogunle and Mafoluku surrounding areas

Role Summary

The Sales Rep will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing product/service sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role is field-based and performance-driven, requiring energy, persistence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Actively promote and sell the company’s products/services within the assigned area
• Identify, approach, and convert new customers
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
• Meet and exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty

Market Development
• Conduct field visits, door-to-door outreach, and local market engagement
• Identify new business opportunities within Shogunle and surrounding areas
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer trends

Reporting & Accountability
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities

Requirements
• Minimum SSCE/OND (Higher qualifications is an advantage)
• Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Must reside in Shogunle and Mafoluku environs
• Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
