Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within defined market segments. Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and social media outreach. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's products or services. Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. A strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
