The client is looking for an experienced professional to manage and accelerate various projects related to card portfolio optimization, tokenization, customer journey digitization, and campaign management.

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects for one of our banking sector clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and driving initiatives related to card portfolio optimization, customer journey digitization, and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
— Act as a central point of coordination between Access Bank and Visa teams.
— Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Cards and relevant business and technology teams.
— Support the understanding and implementation of tokenization for Access Bank.
— Help define and communicate what a successful customer journey and digital experience should look like.
— Support the optimization and growth of Access Bank's Naira Credit Card portfolio.
Requirements:
— Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field
— 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, consulting, banking transformation, payments, or a related field
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
— Demonstrated ability to accelerate projects that are delayed, stalled, or dependent on multiple teams
