Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to oversee and manage all HR operations across. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Manage employee onboarding and training programs
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations and workplace issues
• Manage performance appraisal and evaluation systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Supervise and manage HR staff
• Advise management on HR-related matters
• Support organizational development and staff performance improvement
Job Qualifications
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or any related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven HR experience
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
