Job Title: Admin/HR Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦140,000 Monthly

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin/HR Officer to manage the company's daily administrative and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee relations, personnel administration, office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.

• Assist with staff orientation and onboarding processes.

• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and performance documentation.

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.

• Assist in organizing staff training, engagement, and welfare activities.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Administrative Duties

• Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.

• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.

• Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other official documents.

• Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.

• Maintain proper filing systems for physical and electronic records.

• Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a conducive working environment.

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.

• Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.

• Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour laws.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience using HR software or payroll systems is an added advantage.
