• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Must be specifically trained in Intensive Care Nursing.
• Must possess a valid ICU/Intensive Care Nursing certificate.
• Previous experience working in an ICU or critical care setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices, patient monitoring, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including EMR documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
