We are hiring graduates with a university degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology/Biochemistry/Microbiology as Medical Sales Representatives to detail and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions

Responsibilities:
HCP Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare organizations.
• Understand their patients’ needs and recommend company products tailored to meet the patients’ needs
• Respond promptly to product inquiries, concerns, and requests for information.
• Build businesses of distributors by daily redistribution of company products for quick liquidation, payment, and repurchase
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction
Product detailing and presentation:
• Visit hospitals and pharmacies to detail company products to consultants, doctors and pharmacists to generate prescriptions and sales.
• Attend product training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
• Hold round table discussions and clinical meetings with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and pharmacists, training them on the quality and benefits of our products for their patients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help enhance our offerings and market positioning.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, KOL interactions, prescriptions, and sales forecasts using the company-assigned CRM tool.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for sales management.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of a BSC
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
