Experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Business Development is compulsory.
We are an indigenous energy services company operating within the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry. We specialize in delivering high-value EPCIM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, & Maintenance) projects and technical manpower supply services. As we expand our market share, we are seeking a highly networked and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our corporate growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Acquisition: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the Oil & Gas sector to win major contracts with International Oil Companies (IOCs) and national oil companies.
• Service Line Focus: Drive business growth across our core service areas: EPCIM and Technical Manpower Supply.
• Network & Alliance Building: Grow, maintain, and leverage an extensive professional network within and outside the energy sector; identify and set up strategic alliances with third-party technical partners to expand business capacity.
• Bid & Tender Management: Rigorously follow up on bids submitted to NAPIMS and other clients, and assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations and tenders.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct feasibility reports and evaluate new business opportunities based on market intelligence and industry trends.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed departmental objectives by strictly tracking KPIs and operational efficiencies.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at technical meetings, workshops, trade shows, and seminars.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Tech, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven business development experience strictly within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Track Record: Proven history of winning tenders and managing relationships with IOCs, NOCs and bodies like NAPIMS.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to articulate complex technical proposals.
Pay: From ₦1,000,000.00 per month
