Product & Project Manager – AI & Digitalization
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 Gross Monthly
Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Product & Project Managers to support AI and digitalization initiatives within the Marketing function. The successful candidates will be responsible for translating business needs into clear deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects from planning through successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage AI and digitalization projects within the Marketing function from initiation to completion.
• Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables, timelines, and actionable plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Tech/IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify challenges, and proactively drive solutions to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Manage stakeholder communication, follow-ups, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Support product development and improvement by identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, and coordinating implementation.
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Apply Agile principles and project management practices to improve execution and delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
