Job Description
Chrematech Technologies is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee performance, appraisals, and disciplinary processes.
Drive staff training, learning, and development initiatives.
Oversee employee welfare, engagement, and organizational culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
