Reports To: Head of HR &
• Corporate Services (Group)

Dotted Line To: MDs of Cluster Companies
Role Purpose • To act as the dedicated people partner embedded in the Financial Services & • Investments cluster, implementing Group-wide HR policies while addressing the unique talent, compliance, and performance needs of four financial services companies.
• You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers in this cluster and the execution arm of the Head of HR &
• Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities

HRBP for Financial Services & • Investments Cluster:
• Implement ONE Group HR policies, controls, SLAs, and HRIS across the 4 companies, ensuring consistent dashboard/data
• Serve as first point of contact for all HR matters in the cluster – employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution
• Partner with MDs and line managers to identify people challenges affecting customers, delivery, revenue, and margin
• Support workforce planning for deal teams, compliance officers, sales teams, and fintech roles

Talent Acquisition & • Lifecycle
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer between Group companies, and exit for cluster roles
• Ensure high-quality hiring for regulated roles with proper background checks and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and support transparent cost allocation per company
• Monitor attendance, leave, productivity, and people-related data for the cluster dashboard

Performance, Engagement & • Culture
• Drive performance management cycle across the 4 companies
• Assist with employee engagement, One-Group culture initiatives, and retention activities specific to financial services talent market
• Support learning needs identification for compliance, sales effectiveness, and leadership
• Support HR reporting – provide workforce insights, attrition analysis, and hiring pipeline for cluster

Compliance & • Support
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Nigerian employment regulations plus financial services regulatory HR requirements
• Support Head of HR &

• Corporate Services with Group projects and one-group bids
• Liaise with Admin/Corporate Services on facilities, procurement support, and vendor management

Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields
• 2-4 years HR experience, with at least 1 year supporting financial services, fintech, banking, or investment firms
• Good understanding of core HR functions, Nigerian labour laws, and financial services regulatory environment
• Experience in recruitment for commercial/financial roles, performance management, and HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS/HRMS tools; ability to manage dashboard and shared data
• CIPM in view or Associate member – added advantage
