Job Description
Design for Love is looking for a highly organised Production Project Manager to coordinate workflow across our ready-to-wear production factory and supporting departments.
The successful candidate will plan, prioritise and track jobs across production, procurement, customer service, retail, fulfilment, operations and creative teams.
This is not a tailoring role. The candidate does not need to know how to sew, but must be able to manage multiple jobs, deadlines, departments and dependencies in a structured and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules.
· Prioritise customer orders, retail restocks, collection production and urgent jobs.
· Coordinate tasks across production, procurement, customer service, retail and fulfilment.
· Maintain a central tracker showing the status, owner, deadline and next action for each job.
· Monitor jobs from order confirmation through production, quality control and fulfilment.
· Identify potential delays and escalate them before deadlines are missed.
· Coordinate fabric, trims, packaging and other material requirements.
· Follow up with departments and team members to ensure tasks are completed.
· Ensure completed garments move promptly to quality control and fulfilment.
· Prepare regular production and operations updates for management.
· Improve workflows, handoffs and communication between departments.
Requirements
· Minimum of three years’ experience in project management, operations, production planning, logistics, supply chain or a related role.
· Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple departments or functional teams.
· Experience managing several jobs, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong planning, prioritisation and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
· Experience using project-management or workflow tools is an advantage.
· Strong communication, problem-solving and reporting skills.
· Ability to work full-time and on-site in a fast-paced factory environment.
Experience in fashion or garment production is an advantage but is not compulsory.

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦260,000.00 per month
