Job Description
• Coordinate and verify implementation of offshore execution.

• Ensure that the work performed is in accordance with the contract, technical standards, and specifications and that they meet the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards acceptable to the Shell HSSE Control Framework.

• Plan, sequence and execute offshore construction and installation activities.

• Co-ordinate and verify applicable worksite protocols not limited to; mobilization, and equipment checklist / certification

• Ensure that site works are performed in accordance with approved procedures.

• Interface with the Offshore OIM, operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless and safe project delivery

• Monitor compliance to the Shell standard work process compliance and COVID 19

• Attend daily worksite meetings to address progress, planning, engineering and HSE issues.

• Ensure applicable engineered and non-engineered lift plans are reviewed and endorsed for use by the SME

• Ensure worksite toolbox protocol and hazard assessment are conducted and signed-off for site specific activity.

• Confirm permit to work system is in place and active.

• Ensuring that the chemicals (where applicable) are stored and labelled properly, and that the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and COSHH for these chemicals are available with the chemicals and understood by those working with them, reviewed and filed for reference

• Hold job-specific meetings with the work team prior to commencement of work; ensuring all applicable signs off on the attendance sheet.

• Participate in worksite shift change-over meetings and toolbox talks.

• Participate in and provide offshore perspective/inputs in Constructability reviews, risk assessment, SIMOPs, HAZOP, HAZID and other critical assessments to support Offshore installation.
