Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Representative

Mode of work: Full Time (Monday to Saturday 8AM TO 6:30PM Daily)
Salary: ₦120,000 Gross (#114,000 NET)
Job Summary
HRLeverage Africa, a pan African workforce management company is recruiting for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Representative for its client who is into the Fashion Industry to engage customers, drive sales, and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers both physically and online, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing while representing the brand professionally.
Role Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in and online customers promptly and professionally.
• Respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Assist customers in selecting products and making purchase decisions.
• Process orders, follow up on payments, and confirm deliveries.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Keep records of sales and customer interactions.
• Escalate complaints or complex issues where necessary.
• Ensure the store or display area is neat and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales or customer service (fashion industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good selling and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proximity to the job locations is an added advantage.
