Responsibilities:
Employee Records & HRIS:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, contracts, certifications, leave, attendance) in the HRIS.

• Prepare and issue employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and other HR correspondence.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance readiness.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

• Support recruitment administration: posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers, particularly for shopfloor/factory roles.

• Conduct new hire onboarding logistics — documentation, ID/access setup, induction scheduling, and orientation coordination.

• Track probation periods and confirm timely completion of reviews.

Time, Attendance & Payroll Support:

• Monitor factory and office staff attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.

• Reconcile time and attendance data (including biometric/clock-in systems) for payroll input.

• Liaise with payroll/finance to resolve attendance, overtime, and leave discrepancies.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Support disciplinary and grievance documentation processes.

• Assist in coordinating employee welfare activities, health and safety inductions, and engagement initiatives on the factory floor.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure HR records and processes comply with labor law, company policy, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Support statutory filings (pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, etc., as applicable) and audits.

• Prepare routine HR reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime) for management review.

Other:

• Support HR Manager/HRBP with training coordination, logistics, and record-keeping.

• Assist with exit formalities — clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a BSC

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
