Remote Sales Closer / Sales Representative
Full-Time | $8.50 - $10.50 USD/Hour + Uncapped Commission
100% Remote | U.S. Business Hours (EDT)

What You'll Do
* Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, cold direct messages (DMs), email outreach, and other outbound methods.
* Follow up with warm and qualified leads to move them through the sales process.
* Build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs.
* Present solutions confidently and communicate value—not just features.
* Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
* Ask for the sale and confidently close deals.
* Maintain an organized CRM and accurately manage your sales pipeline.
* Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and a winning attitude.
Who We're Looking For
* Loves closing deals and is comfortable turning objections into opportunities.
* Confident making cold calls and sending cold DMs to start conversations with prospects.
* Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

* Able to work independently while consistently delivering results.
Qualifications
* Proven success in sales, closing, business development, lead generation, customer acquisition, or another commission-driven role.
* Experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and cold messaging.
* Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication.
* Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
* Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
* Availability during U.S. business hours (EDT).
Compensation & Benefits
* $8.50 - $10.50 USD per hour (based on experience)
