Job Description
CIS Nigeria, a leading ICT systems integrator and part of the CIS Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and acting as a trusted technology advisor. This role requires close collaboration with our local technical and presales teams to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions to the Nigerian market. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships.• Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. • Work with internal teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and serve as their primary point of contact. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience in a quota-carrying IT sales role in Nigeria. • A strong track record of over-achieving sales targets. • Solid experience selling complex IT solutions (e.g., Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center). • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative local team. • Proficiency with CRM software. • An existing network within the Nigerian enterprise sector is highly advantageous.
