Relationship Officers (Assistant Banking Officer – ABO Grade)
.
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, sales of banking products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Drive customer acquisition and deposit mobilization initiatives.

• Market and sell the bank’s products and services to individuals and businesses.

• Identify business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.

• Manage customer portfolios and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business growth targets.

• Provide financial solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND with a minimum of
Second Class Lower Division or Upper Credit
.

• Minimum of
2 years’ experience
in banking, sales, relationship management, or any customer-facing role.

• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Results-driven with a strong passion for achieving targets.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

₦800,000 net monthly
