We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to work on marketing-related projects and social media for our plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media, photography, marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare and aesthetics industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate stories and reels (daily) for surgical and non-surgical content that meets our brand standards and speaks to our audience demographic.Program treatments and promotions into the rewards app with relevant graphics.Manage skin care website, ensuring up-to-date pricing, product availability, and discounts.Create and design 2-3 monthly newsletters using ConstantContact with the Marketing Director’s vision and final approval.Organize photo uploads, gallery updates, and content organization.Provide real-time support during events.Respond to all patient inquiries on social media and input leads into the CRM for follow-up.Responsible for pre-op and post-op photos and videos for both surgical and non-surgical patients.Capture video testimonials.Take high-quality, standard Pre-Op and Post-Op Photos of Patients during a clinic dayCollaborate with the Marketing Director on metrics analysis and strategy adjustments.Familiarity with the Leads Process, surgical pricing, and treatment options, and handle leads as needed.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and brand.Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.).Produce, select, edit, and prepare promotional videos, photos, and pictures for different platforms and marketing campaigns.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and promotions.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Coordinate events, webinars, and community outreach programs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas while staying true to our brand's voiceExcellent organizational and project management skills.Experience with video editing like Premiere or CapcutExperience with CanvaKnowledge of SEO and web analytics tools is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dedicated and professional team.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about marketing and have a keen interest in the plastic surgery field, we would love to hear from you!
