The Council is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to serve as our Contingency Plan Project Manager. This position leads the Council's work related to oil spill contingency planning and preparedness associated with the Valdez Marine Terminal and marine oil transportation operations in Prince William Sound. The role supports the Oil Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR) Committee and works closely with staff, regulators, industry representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Valdez, AK or Anchorage, AK, with a starting annual base salary of $100,714 (negotiable depending on experience). An additional 10% cost of living adjustment is provided for the Valdez location. After 60 days, an additional 25% of base salary is added for optional benefits.
