Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and detail oriented Project Manager to lead cross functional teams in delivering innovative software solutions and reputation management services. This role requires a blend of technical project management expertise and a strong understanding of client facing services, including digital reputation, brand visibility, and online engagement.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment ensuring software products and client reputation strategies are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects related to both software development and digital reputation management for multiple clients.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for software performance
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, scope changes, and client concerns proactively.
• Prepare regular status reports and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Promote and implement agile or hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing software projects, preferably in a client-facing or digital services environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management approaches.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working in a SaaS or digital marketing/reputation management company.
• Technical background or ability to communicate with development teams effectively.
• Understanding of sentiment analysis tools, online review platforms, or reputation metrics.
