Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)
A fast-growing Travels and Tours organisation located at Ikeja is seeking to fill the role of Human Resources/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
. Answer frequently asked questions from employees related to standard policies, benefits, and the organization.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Perform recruitment and hiring of new personnels
• Create and foster a sustainable work culture for employees
• Plan team bonding activities and track for ROI
• Provide performance feedback periodically
• Identify learning and development gaps and recommend suitable training.
• Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions.
• Interact with the organization’s external benefits providers and vendors, which may include HMO and Pension providers.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
. Maintain a calendar of activities and events for the assigned department(s); schedule meetings with elected and appointed individuals, coordinate activities with other departments, the public, and other stakeholders.
• Attend and participate in support staff group meetings as required.
• Work with Management in developing policies and seeing to the implementation of such policies.
• Oversee Business Administrative Operations.
. Work as the Right-Hand Person to the BMD
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
• Reports directly to the Business Managing Director (BMD).

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
Must be a team player and easily take correction.

Compensation & Work Structure
Salary: 150,000 to 200,000 Naira
Work Mode: Hybrid
