Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, performance logs, and leave documentation across all locations.
• Track and report staff attendance, leave schedules, and support payroll preparation with accurate data.
• Handle employee queries and escalate unresolved issues to the HR Manager.
Qualifications
• HND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in QSR, food production, hospitality, or event-based operations.
