We're Hiring: Sales and Marketing Manager — Chelsea Hotel Abuja
Chelsea Hotel Abuja is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driving strategy across our properties in the Central Area
What you'll do:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy, corporate bookings, and event revenue
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
• Work closely with the brand and communications team to align sales campaigns with Chelsea's positioning
• Track performance against revenue targets and adjust strategy accordingly
• Represent Chelsea Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
What you bring:
• Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role within a hotel or hospitality environment — this is required, not preferred
• A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with front office, events, and brand teams
• A sharp understanding of the luxury hospitality market in Abuja or similar markets
